This training features a panel discussion with Rule 33 Conference Experts from The Veterans Consortium, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) - Central Legal Staff, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs - Office of General Counsel.
This is a unique opportunity to learn about the Rule 33 Conference firsthand from CAVC mediators that conduct and mediate the conferences, Office of General Counsel that advocates on behalf of the VA, and the Volunteer attorneys that represent the client on a pro bono basis.
Panelists will dive into:

- Different Methods Used by CAVC Mediators
- Maintaining Professionalism Throughout the Process
